Required Experience
2+ years of Java, C++, or C# programming experience
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages
Familiarity with compiler tools chains
Object-oriented design, implementation and debugging skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for writing specs and
designs)
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Appreciate the craftsmanship involved in producing solid code
Optional, but Desirable Experience
Experience with writing Eclipse plug-ins
Compiler/Interpreter/Debugger implementation experience
